Each Avira stay includes private accommodations, farm-to-table nourishment, and daily access to Avira’s recovery amenities and wellness spaces.

Every stay also includes a personalized wellness consultation and coordination of select private services designed to support restoration, longevity, and intentional living.

Pre-arrival laboratory testing and a naturopathic consultation may be included as part of your stay experience to allow for a more informed and meaningful conversation during your time at Avira.

2-Night Signature Stay
Includes an introductory wellness consultation designed to orient your experience and support a grounded, intentional arrival.

5-Night Signature Immersion
Includes pre-arrival bloodwork, a naturopathic consultation, a private therapeutic massage, a one-on-one personal training session, and additional wellness consultations to support deeper personalization.

7-Night Signature Residence
Includes pre-arrival bloodwork, expanded naturopathic and wellness consultations, a private therapeutic massage, ongoing personal training sessions, and additional private services designed for deeper integration and long-term focus.

A Note on Personalization

Massage therapy, personal training, and wellness sessions are intentionally flexible. Guests are welcome to schedule additional sessions throughout their stay, based on availability and personal preference. Medical services, when part of your stay, are thoughtfully coordinated with independent licensed providers and are not services of Avira Reserve.
